Background
Vagrant is a shadowling who lets people play a game with shells.
Involvement
Vagrant plays a shell game with you and you can't win, except on a technicality if you have high enough aptitude. He attacks you if you don't have enough money or don't hand it over.
Strategy
If you do not give him your money, or you do not have sufficient amounts of money, he attacks you, along with two thugs. First, go left and use Feedback on the thug behind you. Do this again until he dies, and then run behind Vagrant and use Pyro Blast on him. After that, run into the street, to regain PsP safely. Once you have enough PsP, attack the last thug with a combination of Feedback and Mind Blast or Pyro Blast.
