Background

Vagrant is a shadowling who lets people play a game with shells.

Involvement

Vagrant plays a shell game with the Hero that can't be won, except on a technicality that can be found with a high aptitude. He and his friends attack the Hero if the Hero doesn't have enough gold or refuses to pay.

Mind Blast (Range: 1, Damage: 4)

Strategy

If you do not give him your money, or you do not have sufficient amounts of money, he attacks you, along with two thugs. First, go left and use Feedback on the thug behind you. Do this again until he dies, and then run behind the second thug and use Mind Blast on him. After that, run into the street, to regain PsP safely. Once you have enough PsP, attack the Vagrant with a combination of Feedback and Mind Blast or Pyro Blast.
