Psy Power is one of the six raw abilities that determine how your Hero can interact with the world.
Psy Power is a measure of the offensive power of one's Psy techniques. An attack may deal widely varying damage depending on the Psy Power of the character who uses it.
Psy Power is also used as a measure of the strength of other non-physical attacks, such as an Energy Golem's Laser Blast, or a Stone Golem's Fire Breath.
For every point that a character's Psy Power improves, related attacks typically deal one additional point of damage. Also, the character's Psy Points will increase by 1.
