Background[]
After the coup d'état, the Ravinale Public Library has been taken over by the Cult. The new government renames it the "Library of Yawah, the Great and Merciful" and removes all books other than the Iqon.

The Librarian seems to fear the Cultists - she gets nervous discussing the name change. The Cultist Guard at the top-right corner blocks the way to an off-limits part of the library. If you talk to the librarian after the guard, she will give you the Crypt side quest. The series of side quests gets you the blood orb.
