The Helenite Base is the headquarters of the Helenites. Duvalier can learn that the Helenite Base is located on a basin south of Lake Alto from either Festus or from a cache of books rescued from the third crypt. Duvalier can then go to the base and hire mercenaries to fight for the People's Resistance of Ravinale.
