Difficulty is a measure of how hard a game is. In the context of Telepath RPG, difficulty determines how much certain things cost, along with how much damage and health enemies have. Additionally, in Telepath RPG: Servants of God, difficulty affects how sophisticated the enemy AI is.

The difficulty levels are Easy, Normal, Hard, and Brutal. Normal is the default difficulty. Enemy statistics on this wiki are based on the Normal difficulty. Telepath RPG: Servants of God has a "Nightmare" difficulty as well.

In Telepath RPG 2, you can adjust difficulty at any time via the in-game options menu. Difficulty scales enemy damage and health points. Every time you start a New Game +,
