Alongside Rahel, Darime was a co-founder of the People's Resistance of Ravinale. He became the Resistance's figurehead and leader due to his charisma, while Rahel became the Resistance's tactician due to her brilliant, strategic mind. Before Duvalier joined the Resistance, Darime was killed by General D'Kah in a duel only a few weeks following Duvalier's breakout. Darime's death left his romantic partner, Rahel, in command of the resistance.
