Aptitude is one of the five raw abilities that determine how your Hero can interact with the world.
Aptitude determines how astute your hero is. Aptitude has a direct effect on the Training costs of your hero's psy abilities, and can also affect your hero's ability to make useful observations during dialog with other characters. Characters with high aptitude are more likely to successfully read the thoughts of other characters.
